Terms of Service

§ 1. Definitions
- Service Provider – Łukasz Kopa, conducting non-registered business activity under the brand imagin3dprints, address: os. Piastów 56c/141, 31-625 Kraków, Poland, providing services electronically via the imagin3dprints.com website.
- Client – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality who submits an inquiry or orders a Service.
- Website – the website available at www.imagin3dprints.com.
- Service – a comprehensive service provided by the Service Provider, including project consultation, creation of a digital 3D model, and subsequent creation of a physical 3D print (Product) based on the model approved by the Client.
- Product – a personalized figurine or other object made using 3D printing technology to the Client's individual order.
§ 2. General Provisions
- These terms and conditions define the rules for the provision of Services by the Service Provider to Clients.
- Submitting a price inquiry via the contact form on the Website is equivalent to accepting these terms and conditions.
§ 3. Service Process
- The Service process is divided into three stages: Concept, Verification, and Realization.
- Stage 1: Concept. The Client contacts the Service Provider, describing their idea for the Product.
- Stage 2: Verification. Based on the arrangements, the Service Provider prepares a digital 3D model of the Product and presents its visualizations to the Client along with a price quote for the Service.
- Until the final approval of the 3D model and the price quote, the Client may cancel the Service without incurring any costs.
- Stage 3: Realization. After the approval of the 3D model and price quote, the Client makes the payment. Once the payment is registered, the Service Provider proceeds with 3D printing the Product and shipping it.
§ 4. Prices and Payments
- The price for the Service is determined individually for each order.
- All prices provided in the quote are gross prices.
- Payment for the Service is made in advance, after the project and price quote have been approved.
§ 5. Delivery
- The order processing time is determined individually and specified in the price quote.
- Delivery costs are covered by the Client.
§ 6. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
- In accordance with Art. 38 point 3 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in relation to a contract where the object of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.
- Each Product is created to the Client's individual order, therefore the Client is not entitled to withdraw from the contract after approving the project and making the payment.
§ 7. Complaints
- The Service Provider undertakes to deliver a Product free from defects.
- If a physical defect of the Product is found, the Client has the right to file a complaint via email to kontakt@imagin3dprints.com.
- The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
§ 8. Intellectual Property Rights
- The Client declares that they hold all copyrights or licenses to the reference materials provided to the Service Provider and that their use does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
- Upon full payment for the Service, the Service Provider transfers to the Client the ownership right to the copy of the Product (the physical figurine).
- The proprietary copyrights to the digital 3D model remain the property of the Service Provider, and this model is not made available to the Client.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to include photos of the completed Product in their portfolio for promotional purposes, unless the Client objects.
§ 9. Final Provisions
- In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- Any disputes will be primarily resolved amicably.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.
