§ 1. General Provisions
- The Personal Data Administrator (PDA) collected via the imagin3dprints.com website is Łukasz Kopa, conducting non-registered business activity under the brand imagin3dprints, address: os. Piastów 56c/141, 31-625 Kraków, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".
- Contact with the Administrator is possible via the email address: kontakt@imagin3dprints.com.
- The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
- Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
§ 2. Purpose, Legal Basis, and Scope of Data Processing
- The Administrator processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling inquiries via the contact form: To respond to the message sent, present an offer, and take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract. Scope of data: name, email address, message content, and any files attached to the message. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (actions aimed at concluding a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is communication with website users).
- Performance of a service agreement: To execute an agreement for 3D modeling, 3D printing, and shipping of the final product. Scope of data: first and last name, email address, phone number, shipping address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessity for the performance of a contract).
- Fulfillment of legal obligations: For accounting and tax purposes, in the event of a contract being concluded. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator).
- Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the above purposes.
§ 3. Data Retention Period
- Personal data processed to handle an inquiry will be stored for the period necessary to conduct correspondence, and then until the statute of limitations for any potential claims has expired.
- Data processed for the performance of a contract will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its termination, for the period required by law and until the statute of limitations for claims has expired.
§ 4. Data Recipients
- Users' personal data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, including:
- IT and hosting service providers,
- Courier and postal companies,
- Accounting office,
- Payment service providers.
- Such entities process data based on a contract with the Administrator and only in accordance with their instructions.
§ 5. Rights of Data Subjects
- The User has the right to:
- Access their data and receive a copy of it,
- Rectify (correct) their data,
- Erase their data (the right to be forgotten),
- Restrict the processing of their data,
- Object to the processing of their data,
- Data portability,
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
§ 6. Cookies and Server Logs
- The website uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the user's end device. They are used to ensure the proper functioning of the site.
- Using the service involves sending queries to the server where the site is stored. Each query sent to the server is recorded in server logs, which include, among other things, the IP address, server date and time, and information about the web browser and operating system. This data is not associated with specific individuals using the site and is only used as auxiliary material for administration.
